  Rentacrate is happy to serve the moving equipment needs of the Texas Building and Procurement Commission through its TXMAS Contract (Contract # TXMAS-6-711060). The Rentacrate Complete Moving System™ is a set of specially designed reusable plastic crates, dollies and bins for office relocations. The specially designed crate and dolly sets are constructed to fit legal and letter size files, lateral cabinet drawers, binders, books, personal desk contents and computers. The system will lower the overall cost of an office move by introducing many efficiencies to the moving process, not possible when using cardboard boxes. In short, the system works by decreasing the amount of labor and truckloads needed to perform the move, thus reducing the overall cost of the relocation.

Rentacrates are available with optional tamper-resistant security ties to ensure the protection of sensitive equipment and documents during your move.

Rentacrates are also environmentally friendly. The Rentacrate Complete Moving System™ by its very nature eliminates cardboard waste and promotes the concepts of reduce-reuse-recycle. Even the crate manufacturing process is an environmentally friendly alternative to cardboard. Utilizing natural gas, the plastic manufacturing process is so energy efficient that it actually uses less fossil fuel per pound than papermaking. Plastics manufacturing also generates fewer emissions than papermaking and paper recycling.
