Requirements for Candidates

This position will best suit a sales professional with a good track record and experience in business-to-business sales in the facility/office world. High energy and ambition will be needed together with good organization skills. Other main requirements are:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Excellent presentation skills
• Possess mature customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to generate a positive and sound first impression
• PLUS: Experience selling and servicing Facility Managers / Office Services sectors
• PLUS: Experience with Contact Management software, e.g. Goldmine, ACT!, Sales Logic, etc.

Responsibilities of Position

• Maintaining an accurate sales database
• Qualify sales opportunities
• Partnering with Marketing to increase sales and awareness of Rentacrate in their region.
• Set appointments for face-to-face selling to managers through executive levels
• Prepare proposals was well as presentations
