Responsibilities of Position
Rentacrate, Inc. is looking for a high-energy experienced individual for Customer Service professional who is determined, as we are to win customers through dedication and excellent service.
- Work as a team member to support sales activity
- Enhancing client relations
- Lead Generation and Qualification
- Build a strong communication network with all respective customers and sales
representatives
- Preparing sales quotes and sale confirmations
- Research, analyze and satisfy customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Interact effectively with other departments to facilitate resolution of
Customer issues
- Preparation of sales reports
- Collating and mailing of sales materials
- Order taking
Requirements for Candidates
- Working knowledge of contact management software, i.e. Goldmine, Act, Note
- "Can Do", "Will Do" Attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer skills necessary
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and logic skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Highly professional manner
- Strong commitment to team goals
- At least 3 years experience
