Requirements for Candidates

This position will best suit a sales professional with a good track record and experience in business-to-business sales in the facilities/office world. High energy and ambition will be needed together with good organization skills. Other main requirements are:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including relationship-building skills, both internal and external
• Excellent presentation skills
• Mature customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to generate a positive and sound first impression
• PLUS: Experience selling to and servicing the facilities management/office services sectors
• PLUS: Experience with contact management software, e.g. Goldmine, ACT!, SalesLogix, etc.

Responsibilities of Position

• Maintaining an accurate sales database
• Qualifying sales opportunities
• Partnering with our Marketing Department to increase sales and awareness of Rentacrate in the region
• Setting appointments for face-to-face selling to managers through executive levels
• Preparing proposals was well as presentations
